We have combined Joy's squirrel and cats with vintage carved coral beads and tiny vintage bakelite flower buttons

giving them a new lease of life so that they can be worn is satisfying

I have backed each bird with black felt and then given them all a colourful handbeaded 'aura'. Would look lovely layered with other necklaces.
